Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kodak Photo Printer experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the printer and all original accessories, including cables and ink cartridges, into the original product box and shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
